Dietitian Special Projects

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the F&N department's menus, recipes, food items, pricing, benchmarking reports, nutritional data, allergens, compliancies, nutrition-related education and training for staff, and other special projects as assigned.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years experience in dietetic management (clinical and/or administrative).  Experience with nutrition management software is strongly preferred. Familiarity with CBORD is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Computer skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: Dietitian - State of Missouri

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Food Service Management, Bachelors - Dietetics
