Occupational Therapist

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Occupational Therapist, provides quality occupational therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. OTR to be utilized in Acute Care primary for evaluations and treatments.  Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.  Will rotate on weekends with dept staff.  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

LICENSE/CERT: Required: NBCOT (National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), OTR (Occupational Therapist)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Occupational Therapy
