Summary
Flex your healthcare marketing muscles as a Content Development Coordinator in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. This position brings new opportunities and experiences daily. Besides joining a fun and talented team, you'll tap into your strengths of content marketing and strategy, SEO, trend-spotting and editorial direction. You’ll be challenged to write compelling content to increase engagement, grow website traffic and build newsletter subscribers. As a content developer and communications driver, you’ll collaborate and interact regularly with staff and departments across the system to support our brand and mission.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of recent, relevant experience, with a focus in healthcare marketing communications, editorial/content management and strategy
SPECIAL SKILLS: In addition to exceptional creative and business writing skills, ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for and some level of work experience around these key attributes:

- Project management: Ability to easily handle multiple tasks for a wide number of projects, many with multiple deadlines and multiple players.
- Healthcare knowledge: Able to comprehend essential information on complex topics across a wide range of medicine, administration and healthcare technology. Understands the hospital/healthcare environment and its multiple audiences.
- Marketing knowledge: Is easily able to discern content that is market viable for physicians versus patients versus the public. Has excellent understanding of how to use search engine insights to drive content improvements.
- Editorial competency: Strong writing ability including strong content curation judgment, copy-editing skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of AP style guide.
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - English, Bachelors - Journalism, Preferred: Masters - English, Masters - Journalism
