Physical Therapist

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.  PT to function with evaluations and treatments at our North Oak Location.  Hours to be 8 a.m.- 6:30 p.m., M, T, W, F (off Thursdays).  Must also work 1 holiday and 1 holiday weekend per year in acute (minimum) in addition to OP schedule.  Vestibular experience preferred.  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), PT (Physical Therapist)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
