Summary

Meritas Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team! You'll contribute to the effective operation of Meritas practices by recruiting and sourcing to fill positions within Meritas Health. You'll collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to maintain a recruiting process that will provide continuous high quality talent for Meritas. The position will serve as a talent advisor to achieve talent needs in full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing talent and onboarding. You'll leverage effective sourcing strategies while managing the ATS system to review applications in a timely manner, schedule phone screens and interviews effectively and update the system. 

Successful candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years prior recruiting experience; experience in health care recruiting is strongly preferred.  You'll need excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position telecommuting two days per week once training period is complete.
