Summary

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Senior Director of Human Resources, contributes to the effective operation of the hospital by managing and recruiting all aspects of national and local recruitment/sourcing efforts to fill critical, difficult and visible positions within North Kansas City Hospital. Collaborates with leadership, hiring managers and sourcing team to maintain a cost effective recruiting process that will provide continuous, high quality staffing for the hospital. Serves as a talent advisor, establishing effective recruitment strategies to achieve talent needs in the full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing top talent and onboarding. Partners with and guides hiring managers regarding staffing issues, helps with workforce planning and various sourcing events. This is a hybrid position working in the office two days per week and remote three days per week once training period is complete. 

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of prior recruiting experience, Hospital experience is highly preferred. Sourcing experience a plus.

LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: Certified Recruiting Specialist or PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Related Field, Preferred: Bachelors - Human Resources
