Physical Therapist

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. 

Physical Therapist to work primarily in outpatient therapy area.  Schedule will be either 5- 8 hour days or 4-10 hour days, will be determined at time of hire.  Will perform evaluations and treatments in growing outpatient therapy clinic. 

Will be cross-trained to back up in acute care for support as indicated.  Must work 1 holiday, 1 holiday weekend per year minimum in acute care plus will support 1 recognized holiday that falls on Saturday/Sunday when OP is closed to observe on weekday.  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: PT (Physical Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
