Physical Therapist

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. PT to perform outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments at 5400 North Oak Location.  Schedule to be determined with applicant.  Experience preferred.  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written,verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), PT (Physical Therapist)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
