EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical experience preferred

LICENSE/CERT: Required: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), IVTC (IV Therapy Certification), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
