Behavioral Health Assessor (PRN)

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Completes psychiatric assessments and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient treatment plans. Work community partners and facilities to coordinate services. Serve as a resource to ensure appropriate utilization of services.

EXPERIENCE: Preferred Behavioral Health Social Work.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Basic Computer Skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) within 2 years of hire

EDUCATION: Required: Masters - Social Work (CSWE approved), Bachelors - Nursing
