Summary
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Home Health, provides quality physical therapy services to patient through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.
EXPERIENCE: Two to four years recent experience in acute care, rehab or HH preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Computer skills.
OTHER: Current driver's license, auto insurance, observational skills, knowledge of physical therapy process and ability to function independently in the home.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), PT (Physical Therapist)
EDUCATION: Required: Other - Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
