Summary

SUMMARY: Identifies department training needs and in cooperation with ES Leadership, forms and enacts In-service plan. Trains new employees and interviews applicants. Reviews and edits procedures.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year institutional housekeeping experience, prefer 1-2 years of successful supervisory experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Computer proficient Word/Excel/ Powerpoint

OTHER: Some training experience/adult learning techniques gained through seminars, formal training or coursework.

EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent, Preferred: Technical/Certificate - Related Field
