Lead Plant Services Worker

SUMMARY: Assists the Plant Services Supervisor and Director by assigning project work requests, preventative maintenance work orders, and repair activities, and all other general supervision as needed.

EXPERIENCE: 5 years in general plant operations, facility maintenance, and grounds with a preference in the healthcare industry. Leadership experience desired.

SPECIAL SKILLS: General knowledge of computers, computer logic controllers, maintenance and repair of healthcare mechanical, electrical, medical gas, and production equipment and systems, HVAC hardware and software applications, horticulture, agriculture chemical applications, irrigations systems, leadership skill sets, and demonstration of staff support.

OTHER: Mathematical and analytical skills, general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, cooling, steam, fire detection, and fire protection systems knowledge. Good team player skills, and positive attitude in our workplace environment,

LICENSE/CERT: Required: Class-A Boiler Operator Certificate, Refrigerant and CFC Handling Certificate, Back Flow Prevention Certificate

EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent
