Physical Therapist

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. PT to evaluate and treat in outpatient setting.  Schedule will be 4-10 hour days (between M-F), day off will be determined by Supervisor.  Main campus location with PRN assistance in acute care but primary role is OP.  Will work a minimum of 1 holiday and 1 holiday weekend per year (may work more if volunteers to do so).  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: PT (Physical Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
