LPN II

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under general supervision of Director/charge nurses, provide professional nursing care to emotionally disturbed and/or mentally ill patients for Behavioral Health; to work with clinical and Case management staff to coordinate care and assist in treatment plans for patients; and to perform related work.

EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Telemetry experience preferred as well as one year behavior health nursing.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), IVTC (IV Therapy Certification), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Technical/Certificate - LPN
