Supervisor Patient Scheduling

SUMMARY: Under the Direction of the Patient Scheduling Director, is responsible for efficient, effective operation of the Scheduling department. Is responsible for operating within the guidelines of the budget. Informs physician offices and other departments and communicates scheduling processes and changes.

EXPERIENCE: 5 years medical experience preferred. Supervisory experience a plus.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficient computer skills are required, excellent customer service skills required; excellent written and verbal communication skills; must have exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple tasks with exceptional accuracy.

EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent, Preferred: Associates - Related Field, Bachelors - Related Field
