Your mission:
As a CMA, you'll be working side-by-by with a physician or nurse practitioner to provide compassionate care to our patients, making a difference in their lives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Works with providers to maximize patient care
- Learns the vaccination schedule and administers a high volume of vaccinations
- Assists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Communicates effectively with patients and co-workers
- Provide patients with excellent customer service
- Works on referrals and pre-authorizations
- Provides back up to the front desk
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in Pediatrics required
- Medical assistant certification
- Current BLS certification (through AHA)
- Basic office skills
