Summary
SUMMARY: The PI Specialist is responsible for driving progress of robust process improvement projects; works collaboratively with key stakeholders including process owners, organization leaders and physicians. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and performance initiatives. Provides organizational staff support in the development, implementation, and evaluation of performance improvement to include but not limited to: Regulatory survey readiness activities, disease specific care certifications and/or registries and related clinical outcomes, patient safety related clinical outcomes, regulatory and contracted value related clinical outcomes.
EXPERIENCE: 3 - 5 years Clinical Healthcare experience or Performance Improvement experience.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficient in MS Office skills (especially Excel).
OTHER: Good attendance and attention to detail.
LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality), RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Related Field
