Welcome Team Member

SUMMARY: North Kansas City Hospital Welcome Team Members greet all patients and guests at hospital entrances, while serving as in integral team member of our Guests Services Team. Team members will conduct COVID-19 related interviews and temperature screenings as well as communicate applicable policies and procedures. They may assist with transporting patients and guests along with performing other related duties.

EXPERIENCE:Six months serving in a Customer Service role.

SPECIAL SKILLS:Exceptional customer service and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members, self-motived, critical thinking skills, flexibility with changes in the daily work, empathy for persons entering a health care facility.

OTHER:Full time position, variable hours, some weekends required.

EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent
