Your Mission:

To ensure every patient and their guest receives the best customer service possible and to make them feel valued and cared for.  You will be the face of the Meritas practice, checking patients in and performing administrative duties to prepare the patient for the providers.

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule:  Must be very flexible on days and shifts.  This will require rotating weekends.

  • Communicate and collect co-pays

  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Answer phones, triage incoming calls, take messages, follow up
  • Document patient information in the EMR (Cerner)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting is required 
  • Strong Customer Service experience
  • Basic office skills - ability to navigate a variety of computer systems
  • CPT and diagnosis coding experience is a plus but not required
  • Remain HIPPA Compliant
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate leadership
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
