Summary

SUMMARY: SUMMARY:Under the direction of the Director of IT Operations and divisional leadership, this position is responsible to provide administrative, operational and project management support to ensure the efficient operation of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division. This includes special projects, training of end users on ITS applications, which currently include the enterprise service delivery system, MS applications and various telecommuting solutions and where applicable, other business applications. The position will also provide process documentation which will correlate to updated staff workflows and playbooks, as directed by ITS leadership. As part of the role, the IT Operations Specialist will gather and analyze data for new information systems or modifications to existing systems, including requirement reviews and plans to develop new, complex information systems. The candidate will act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure an understanding of requirements and issues, and align all parties for successful outcome.

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years related experience in an executive office setting and operational project execution experience. Business Writing, Customer Service/Service Excellence and Time Management Training preferred. Healthcare environment preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS:Proficient in Microsoft 365 as a super user (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, familiarity with ServiceNow IT Service Management and Business Management modules, strong organizational, written and verbal communications and customer service skills.

OTHER:Understanding IT systems and processes. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, and ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking skills and a high degree of discretion, judgment, and tact. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, internal and external customers. Proficient in the use of desktop/laptop/mobile technology hardware, software, and audio-visual technologies. Keen attention to detail. Maintains a positive attitude and is intellectually curious.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Related Field
