OT Assistant (COTA)

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Occupational Therapist, provide quality occupational therapy services through implementation of treatment plans to restore function and prevent disabilities. OT treatment in acute care.  Works Tuesday-Saturday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.  Works 1 holiday/ 1 holiday weekend annually.  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: NBCOT (National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Technical/Certificate - Occupational Therapy Assistant
