Summary
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Supervisor, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: PT (Physical Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
PT to evaluate and treat in outpatient setting primary with aquatic interest/experience. Work schedule, would consider 4 -10 hour days or 5 - 8 hour days.
Will be cross trained for acute care support - fill in when OP schedule is open during weekdays and will be required to do 1 holiday and 1 holiday weekend per year.
