Lead Cardiac Sonographer

SUMMARY: Serves as Lead Technologist of imaging modality for cardiac sonography. First-line supervisor of technologist team responsible for coordinating workflow and assigning work to team members.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years as cardiology sonographer preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS:Technically proficient cardiac sonographer as well as good leadership and communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer), RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer)

EDUCATION: Required: Technical/Certificate - Cardiac sonography accredited training program
