SUMMARY: Assists Benefits Director with overall administration of employee benefit programs for NKCH and its subsidiaries. Benefit programs include health and welfare plans, retirement, life and disability, leaves of absence, wellness, and voluntary benefits.

EXPERIENCE:At least 5 years' experience in benefits administration.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

OTHER:Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: CBP (Certified Benefits Professional), CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Human Resources, Bachelors - Business, Bachelors - Related Field
