Compensation Specialist

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Supervisor, Compensation and HR Analytics performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical compensation activities. Provides support to ensure that compensation is accurately delivered to all employees.

EXPERIENCE: Two to three years� experience with compensation administration related activities.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Knowledge of HR principles and practices, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication. Helpful: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) Coursework
