Summary
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Vice President of Facilities, ensures the efficient and effective operation and appearance of the physical plant, equipment, roads and grounds of the hospital complex and building.
EXPERIENCE: 5 years; prefer a minimum of 3 years in a hospital
SPECIAL SKILLS: Knowledge of JCAHO standards, uniform building codes, life safety codes, State Board of Health requirements, computerized maintenance management systems.
OTHER: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Engineering economics.
LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager)
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Engineering
