Summary

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Provides NKCH/Meritas administrative leadership at all levels for day-to-day operations of patient experience. Plans and leads the implementation and establishment of a highly reliable positive patient experience-oriented culture. Develops and/or coordinates special projects as needed. Leads development of employee education for improving and sustaining our patient experience program curriculum.

EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years previous supervisory/management experience. Acute care nursing experience or additional Healthcare Administration experience preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations, process improvement, partnership with multidisciplinary team; Skilled in problem solving, great attention to detail and analytical skills; Excellent oral communication and conflict management skills; Coaching non-direct employees.

OTHER: Superior leadership, strategy development, organizational and interpersonal skills. Efficiency with MS office products and software programs.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Health Care Related, Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing
