Occupational Therapist (PRN)

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Occupational Therapist, provides quality occupational therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. OTR to perform evaluations and treatments.  Primary care area will be acute inpatient care.  Ability to cross cover/ train to support outpatient evaluations and treatments for OT would be ideal.  Must do a minimum of 2 weekend days per month and at least 1 holiday per year- may certainly do more.  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

LICENSE/CERT: Required: OTR (Occupational Therapist), NBCOT (National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Occupational Therapy
