LICENSE/CERT: Required: LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) within 2 years of hire Preferred: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri

EDUCATION: Required: Masters - Social Work (CSWE approved), Bachelors - Nursing
