Summary

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: The Senior Director of Technology Infrastructure plays a key role in shaping and executing the organization�s digital initiatives, coordinating deployment and management of the current environment while recommending, implementing, and managing digital standards to keep NKCH and Meritas Health at the forefront of technological growth. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Senior Director will serve as the organization's lead architect and will grow and lead a talented team of technology professionals, serving as part of the ITS Leadership team to develop and maintain high- performing infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and reliable. This position represents an excellent opportunity for a driven technology leader capable of managing multiple high-risk, high-cost projects while leading high-risk, high-cost projects. Responsible for leading in an approachable manner, this individual will hold direct reports accountable for achieving plans and performance targets, working to identify and resolve roadblocks and facilitating involvement of other staff as needed.

EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.

SPECIAL SKILLS: 15+ years of experience as a senior-level IT professional. Superior management skills, including the courage to make tough decisions and address problems quickly and directly. Applies a �seek to understand� approach when influencing other senior leaders and resolving differences of opinion. A personal value system that includes high integrity, honesty, and positivity.

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Management Information Systems (MIS), Bachelors - Related Field, Preferred: Masters - Related Field
