Occupational Therapist (PRN)

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Occupational Therapist, provides quality occupational therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.

 

OTR to perform evaluations and treatments in a PRN role.  Primary care areas would be acute care but an OTR who has comfort or interest in outpatient care would be a great asset to our growing team/ department.  Would like an OTR who has weekday availability (M through F).  Required to work 2 weekend days per month (Sat/Sun, 2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays, or a mix thereof) and 1 holiday per year in acute care.  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

LICENSE/CERT: Required: OTR (Occupational Therapist), NBCOT (National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Occupational Therapy
