Diabetes Educator

SUMMARY: Provide patient, families, staff and community competent, holistic care for problems requiring advanced nursing skills. This RN will be assisting with the Outpatient Diabetes Self Management Clinic. They will provide education during 1:1 sessions to adults with diabetes and those with gestational diabetes.

OTHER: Basic computer skills

LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist)

EDUCATION:  Preferred: Masters - Nursing
