Summary

SUMMARY: The Case Management/Patient Experience Admin Assistant participates on the Case Management, Infection Control, Patient Experience and Performance Improvement teams to facilitate daily optimal case management workflow for patient centered care and services and administrative support for multiple departments. This includes daily communication with multi-disciplinary teams within the hospital setting and the community.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year experience in the health care field. Prefer knowledge of hospital operations and/or chart organization. Knowledge of medical terminology is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Computer proficiency with MS Office applications and various software experience. Ability to function in a multi-discipline area in an organizational manner.

OTHER: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent, Preferred: Associates - Related Field, Technical/Certificate - Related Field
