Summary
SUMMARY: Direct assigned (ICU, CICU, ED, Trauma Services, Regulataroy )to ensure efficient, cost effective, quality patient care services. Reporting to this position 3 Directors, Trauman Managers and Coordinators., this position reports to the CNO.
EXPERIENCE: 8-10 years in nursing management; Experience in Ciritcal Care and or ED. Experience with overseeing busy departments, stong clinical and program management experience and regulatory issues highly desirable. A Seasoned experienced Leader that can provide outstanding communication and guidenance to busy areas.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience in data analysis preferred
OTHER: Basic computer skills. Certifications as appropriate to clinical background.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Nursing, Preferred: Masters - Nursing, Masters - Business Administration
