Ambassador Customer Service

SUMMARY: This position is an integral part of the Guest Services team and functions within any capacity required for the team's organizational efficiency and performance. It involves taking proactive and appropriate actions in serving as a liaison between patients, visitors, staff, volunteers, and the hospital, as elaborated in job standards below.

EXPERIENCE: Previous customer service experience.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent
