SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Admitting Director provides competent, organized admission to NKCH. Provides holistic care to patients and families based on the nursing process

EXPERIENCE: Three years medical/surgical experience; Two years telemetry and/or critical care experience preferred

SPECIAL SKILLS: Exceptional communication skills; critical thinking; exceptional organizational skills; expertise in physical assessment

OTHER: Computer skills utilizing the following products: MS Office including Word and Excel; Cerner Millennium

LICENSE/CERT: Required: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri, BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Associates - Nursing, Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing
