Physical Therapist

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. PT to function primarily in OP, prn support in Acute, performing evaluations and treatments.  Must work a minimum of 1 holiday and 1 holiday weekend annually.  

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: PT (Physical Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
