Summary
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the director, supervises and is responsible for clinical supervision of laboratory personnel and the administrative and budget functions within their respective departments.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4 years to meet CLIA regulations for a Technical Supervisor. 6 years of experience preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Computer skills.
OTHER: Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated. Must meet the CLIA '88 requirements for a technical supervisor.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology), CLS(NCA) (Clinical Laboratory Scientist - National Credentialing Agency)
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Chemistry, Bachelors - Clinical Laboratory, Bachelors - Medical Technology
