Construction/Design Project Manager

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Experienced Construction/Design Project Manager to oversee a wide variety of Hospital construction/design projects. Leading and facilitating the development and completion of all facets including planning, design, procurement, budget, schedule, and compliance. Managesthe Joint Commission elements of performance, Environment of Care and Life Safety. Ensure that all the needed materials, workers, and equipment are ready to work. Experience with facility master planning. Must be a strong leader and communicator. Must possess critical thinking skills, understands processes, workflows, constructability, energy efficiency, visualization skills.

EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/construction management plus Hospital experience required; 10+ years of Hospital Construction/Design experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager)

EDUCATION: Required: Equivalent Experience - Hospital Design and Construction, Bachelors - Engineering, Bachelors - Design, Bachelors - Architecture, Bachelors - Construction Related
