RN-Clinical Manager: Cardiology

• Appropriate staffing for office volume and maintaining staff costs within budget
• Monitoring EMR tasks such as labs, diagnostic tests, telephone encounters, and prescriptions for timeliness and accuracy of processing
• Supervising work flow to ensure maximum physician scheduling and productivity.  Ensuring accurate and timely patient communication, documentation of patient care and follow up
• Demonstrating a thorough understanding of governmental and commercial payer requirements 
• Providing education to providers and clinical staff 
• Implementing performance improvement strategies

Qualified candidates will possess a State of Missouri Registered Nursing License; have 2 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting with high acuity patients; a current BLS and ACLS; knowledge of quality metrics is strongly preferred.
