Summary
SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Compensation and Benefits, designs, develops, and manages the compensation program and related policies/procedures for the hospital and its subsidiaries. Serves as a subject matter expert on compensation practices and compliance. Oversees the development of ad hoc and recurring reports, including budget modeling.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years in HR Compensation. Previous leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access required. Crystal reporting experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional)
EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Business Related Field, Bachelors - Finance, Bachelors - Human Resources
